Become a Member

Members serve for three years and can help to plan events, approve forestry plans, lead volunteer plantings or invasive plant removals. Not sure if you’re ready to be a member? Sit in our monthly meetings to learn more, they’re open to the public!

Volunteer!

We depend on volunteers for numerous events throughout the year. Invasive plant removals, tree plantings, manning booths for fundraising, and even dressing up like Smokey the Bear! Contact us if you are interested in volunteering!

State Wide Association Meeting

Every March and November, members from every forestry board across the state are invited to participate in a state wide meeting to share ongoing events and get updated on current events related to the boards. This March, the meeting will be at North Point State Park.

Audubon Plant Sale

The Audubon Society of Central Maryland (ASCM) will hold its 21st annual Native Plant Sale Saturday, April 25, 2020.
